8. Enhance your teamwork and collaborative skills. Become known as someone who can work with anyone.
9. Continue to study the characteristics of leaders. Take the right steps to become a leader.
10. Strive for a track record of success. Sometimes there will be obstacles, but analyze how to overcome them. When you don’t succeed or make a mistake, learn why and apologize when appropriate, don’t make excuses and forge ahead.
